If you always desired MS Exchange like Collaboration and Sharing but could never take a decision because of steep prices that are associated with Microsoft CAL (Client Access License) then we have the right solution for you. A Perfect "MS Exchange Replacement" with security and stability of Linux and this is available on SAAS (Software As A Service) Hosted model.

WEB Based Admin: Web based admin console to setup accounts, user quota, account classes and groups.

@yourdomain.tld: All users are @yourdomain.tld so the email address retains the corporate identity. If you do not have a domain we provide domain registration at additional charges.

Global Address Book: Of all users/email accounts on Domain. Administrator can also configure which email address should not be visible in Public Address Book.

postmaster account: For managing public folders as only postmaster has the access rights to manage and assign sharing permissions to public folders. Check Documentation about postmaster functions.

Public Folders: Public Contact, Mail and Calendar Folders which can only be managed by domain postmaster.

Groupware Functionality: This allows users on your domain to share their mail/contact/tasks folders with other users on your domain. Sharing rights can be controlled both from Outlook and also WEB Interface.

Message Deduplication Advantage: The storage containers are based on UltraStorage technology where if a mail message has multiple recipients on your domain then only one copy of message is stored and all recipients get linked to the message. Each recipient can do whatever he wants with the message without affecting other recipients of same message.

Shared Folders Also Cached: By default the shared folders are also cached which means that even if you are offline you still have access to data of shared folders along with your own folders. This is something ahead of MS Exchange as there by default the shared folders are not cached.
