Advanced Filtering - Realtime & Old Mails

You will be handling email communications from a vast number of clients and would not want that all the mails gets cluttered in Inbox. Your account comes with provision to setup Filters at any time and sort the historical mails into different folders and all the subsequent incoming mails into folders created for each client. The filtering setup is very flexible and offers a vast variety of conditions to set and also unlimited number of filtering conditions as shown in the Settings > Filters section screen shot below:


Once all the filtering conditions/rules are set, on the next screen you can then set what to do with the mails meeting the criteria of the filters set. The options available are shown in the screenshot below:


This helps in Automatically start filtering incoming mails. You can also set to run the set filter on old mails in any folder.

Saves time and organizes mailbox into different forlders that you may create for each client.
